    Product Description:

     

    A brand new high-voltage boosting module with a wide voltage range of positive and negative 45-390V and 780V. It has dual current limiting protection for input and stable voltage function for output. It is suitable for capacitor charging, hunting, rodent killing, and glow tube power supply

     

    Module parameters:

     

    Module Name: High Voltage Booster Module

    Module nature: Non isolated boost module

    Input voltage: Two input voltage ranges are optional (selected through the jumper on the back of the PCB, default for shipment is 10-32V input)

    1. 8-16V input (for triple string lithium and 12V battery applications)

    2. 10-32V input (for wide input voltage range applications)

    Input current: 5A (MAX)

    Static working current: 15mA (when 12V rises to 50V, the higher the output voltage, the higher the static current will increase)

    Output voltage: 45-390V continuously adjustable.

    Output current: 0.2A MAX (related to input and output voltage difference, the higher the output voltage, the smaller the output current)

    Output power: 40W (peak 70W)

    Working temperature: -40~+85 degrees (please strengthen heat dissipation when the ambient temperature is too high)

    Working frequency: 75KHz

    Conversion efficiency: 88% (efficiency is related to input and output voltage, current, and voltage difference)

    Short circuit protection: Yes. (Input a 10A fuse, please do not short-circuit the output end directly to pull the arc! Directly short-circuit and pull the arc may damage the rectifier device. If you want to short-circuit and pull the arc, please connect the power resistor in series to limit the current.)

    Overcurrent protection: Yes. (If the input current exceeds 4.5A, reduce the output voltage)

    Overvoltage protection: Yes. (If the output voltage exceeds 410V, reduce the output voltage)

    Input reverse protection: Yes (non self recovery type, reverse fuse connection, try not to reverse it.)

    Installation method: 4 3mm screws

    Wiring method: Welding free output for wiring terminals (with welded output for the shell)

    Module size: 60mm long, 50mm wide, and 22mm high

    Actual measurement data of charging time for capacitors:

    470uF full to 390V for 2 seconds

    Fill 1000uF to 390V for 4 seconds

    2200uF fully charged to 390V for 8 seconds

    4700uF filled to 390V for 18 seconds
