    Module Description:

     

    When the car starts, the voltage will be pulled down to below 7V or less, and the voltage of the engine can reach up to 15V or higher at high speeds. For electrical appliances working at 12V, it is difficult to work properly. This automatic voltage regulation module solves this problem, and whether the input voltage is 5V, 12V or 32V, the output can be stable at 12V.

     

    1. Ultra wide input voltage range: 5V~32V;

    2. Ultra wide output voltage range: 1.25V~35V (with automatic voltage rise and fall, within the working range, any voltage input can stabilize any voltage output);

    3. Built-in 4A high-efficiency MOSFET switch transistor, achieving efficiency up to 94%; (LM2577 current only 3A)

    4. Ultra high switching frequency of 400KHz, smaller ripple and smaller volume. (LM2577 frequency only 50KHz)

    5. The module adopts a SEPIC topology circuit, which is a mature voltage up and down scheme.

    Instructions For Use:

     

    1. Connect the power supply (5-32V), the power indicator light is on, and the module is working normally.

    2. Adjust the blue potentiometer knob (generally rotate clockwise to increase voltage and counterclockwise to decrease voltage) and use a multimeter to monitor the output voltage until it reaches the required voltage.

    3. Some customers have reported that the output voltage of the module cannot be adjusted and is always equal to the input voltage. When you encounter this problem, please rotate the potentiometer counterclockwise for more than 10 circles, and then use the module to adjust the voltage normally.

     

    Precautions:

     

    1. It is recommended to use a current within 2.7A for long-term operation. To ensure stable output, please maintain a minimum voltage difference of 1.5V.

    2. The wiring is shown in the highlighted connection diagram. Please do not reverse the connection, as incorrect connections may cause the power module to burn out.

     

    Application Case:

     

    1. Onboard regulated power supply, just connect the input end of this module to the cigarette lighter for power supply, you can adjust the potentiometer, and the output voltage can be adjusted at 1.25-30V, which is very simple and convenient for powering your mobile phone, MP3, MP4, PSP charging and many other devices.

    2. Power electronic devices. When the device needs a 3-35V power supply and the corresponding voltage power supply is in hand, this module can easily adjust the voltage to the required voltage, solving the problem.
