    Precautions:

     

    1. The recommended power supply voltage is 8~24V DC. If it exceeds 26V, the chip will be burned.

    2. The power supply shall not exceed 16V when connecting a 4 Ω horn, and 24V when connecting an 8 Ω horn.

    3. The power supply current is recommended to be above 2A.

    4. The positive and negative poles of the power supply shall not be connected reversely, and the chip connected reversely shall be burnt; This module is only applicable to single power supply and cannot be connected to negative power supply.

    5. Ensure that the input sound source signal is 0.5V~1.5V

    6. The horn cable shall not be too long, and it shall be suitable within 1m

    7. Pay attention to electrostatic protection. Before touching the power amplifier board, release the static electricity on your hands to prevent the power amplifier chip from being broken down by static electricity. Digital power amplifiers are sensitive to static electricity.

    8. It is recommended to use the horn with a rated power of 30W or above to avoid the horn burning due to heating

     

    Troubleshooting:

     

    1. After power on, the horn doesn't respond after a "poop"?

     

    1) Check whether the horn impedance is too small, and the power supply voltage is too high, and the instantaneous large current makes the chip enter DC protection; Try to reduce the supply voltage and restart.

    2) Check whether the power of the power supply is too small to move the horn. Try to replace the high-power power supply. Generally, there is no problem with the 2A power adapter.

     

    2. Is there a "Zizi" noise when playing music?

     

    1) Replace the sound source to see if it is the noise of the sound source itself.

    2) Whether grounding the input terminal of the power amplifier is a problem of the power amplifier itself

    3) If the shielded audio cable is used, whether the noise is caused by the wire quality problem

    4) Replace the horn. Is it the horn itself

    5) Replace the power supply. Is the noise caused by unstable power supply

     

    3. Is the horn hot and smoking during playing?

     

    The horn power is too low. Replace the high-power horn or reduce the signal input
