    Product Description:

    According to the spectral characteristics of three photosensitive resistors: ultraviolet photosensitive resistor, infrared photosensitive resistor, visible photosensitive resistor;

    Main Parameters:

    A. Dark current, dark resistance: the flowing current is called dark current when the photosensitive resistance is under a certain applied voltage and there is no light irradiation. The ratio of applied voltage to dark current is called dark resistance.

    B. Sensitivity: sensitivity refers to the relative change of resistance value (dark resistance) and photosensitive resistance (light fastness) of photosensitive resistance when exposed to light.

    C. Voltage characteristic curve. The volt-ampere characteristic curve is used to describe the relationship between the applied voltage and the photocurrent of the photosensitive resistor. In photosensitive devices, the photocurrent increases with the applied voltage.

    D. Temperature coefficient. Photoelectric effect photoresistors are affected by temperature. Some photoresistors have higher photoelectric sensitivity at low temperature and lower sensitivity at high temperature.

    E. Rated power. It refers to the rated power consumed by the allowable power of a photosensitive resistor. When the temperature rises, its power consumption decreases.
