    Product Description:

     

    1. This is not a split mini board, ZVS finished board, high-voltage packaging, cooling fan, etc.

     

    2. This kit requires a certain level of hands-on ability and relevant knowledge. If you don't even know how to use a soldering iron, and the positive and negative poles of the power supply cannot be separated, it is recommended not to take photos. If there is a problem, the seller will not be held responsible!

     

    3. Power ≤ 120W (during 12V induction heating). Push the high-voltage package to 12V, and when the primary speed reaches 5+5 rpm, it will be around 30W.

     

    4. The input voltage is DC 5V 12V. This voltage range is the voltage during operation, not the voltage during power discharge!

     

    5. Confirm that all components are soldered correctly and that the positive and negative terminals of the power cord are not reversed. After connecting the load (heating coil and high-voltage package), power on! No power on when empty! Powering on without load can easily cause damage!

     

    6. Heating coil: The width of the heated object will be between 1/3 and 1/2 of the inner diameter of the heating coil, with a maximum of 2/3! The diameter of the heated object will be controlled within 20mm as much as possible. If it is too large, it will be difficult to heat and rot. After all, performance is limited.

     

    When using induction heating, it is generally necessary to cut off the power supply for cooling after working for 5 minutes. Because the current is relatively high during induction heating, the coil heating is also relatively large. During heating, a portion of the heat generated by the heated object will be transferred to the heating coil. Over time, the temperature of the heating coil will become very high. When the heating coil is connected to the terminal, the plastic part of the terminal will be melted off! Therefore, it is best to weld the heating wire 4 directly to the P8 board during induction heating. Please pay attention to this point. For long-term use, it is recommended to use copper tubes as coils and cool them with water.

     

    7. The current of the high-voltage package and induction heating is related to the input voltage, the number of primary turns, the number of heating coil turns, and the volume of the heated object. Our testing is for reference only!

     

    8. Blue ED electric drift indicator light, whether powered on, check if the light is on! The possible reasons why the indicator light does not light up are:

    ① The connection wire is not properly connected and the power supply is not powered on.

    ② The board has damaged components. If the indicator light is not on, it should be due to insufficient power supply and a higher power supply needs to be replaced.
