The output voltage range of the USB port can be adjusted from 1-24V, not 5V. To increase the coefficient, it is recommended to connect a 3A fuse in series at the input end of the power module; This model is a step-down module, and the input voltage must be 2V higher than the output voltage. If the output voltage cannot be adjusted, it may be because the rotating position of the potentiometer is higher than the input voltage. You can first adjust the CV potentiometer counterclockwise for 20 turns to see the output voltage change.
