    This module is a finished module for scientific small-scale high-voltage inverters, transformers/boosters

    After inputting DC3.7V-6V voltage at the input end, a DC high voltage of tens of thousands of volts can be obtained at the output end

    Can be used as a high-voltage source for middle school science popularization experiments, electronic instruments, negative ion generators, and scientific small-scale production

    The module is made using the Tesla coil principle and outputs high-voltage pulse current, with small size and high efficiency

    The peripheral circuit is simple (just connect the switch to the battery), and the discharge intensity is strong.

    Note that this is not a high-temperature arc and cannot be lit with cigarettes or paper

     

    Usage:

     

    The module is divided into input and output terminals. The red and green wires are the input terminals, the red positive and green negative, and the output terminals are two high-voltage wires of the same color. The input terminal can be connected to a battery to generate a high-voltage arc.

    Please strictly follow the usage methods and precautions when operating the module, otherwise it is easy to damage the module!

    Regarding input power: You can use a single 3.7V lithium battery or two batteries in series, such as an 18650 battery, an idle mobile phone battery (to remove the protective plate, it is recommended to have a capacity of over 2000mAh), a nickel cadmium/nickel hydrogen battery pack, a 4V or 6V lead-acid battery, etc. (6V batteries can achieve optimal results)

     

    Attention:

     

    1. The high-voltage module should avoid being powered on when the high-voltage is unloaded. Before powering on, the appropriate distance between the high-voltage wire ends must be adjusted. The arcing distance of the high-voltage wire is proportional to the battery voltage and capacity used.

    2. When testing the arc distance, the experiment should be conducted from short to long. It is strictly prohibited to exceed the long arc pulling distance when powered on. Due to the inability to release high-voltage energy, it is very easy to damage the module.

    3. The module has high power and is not suitable for internal heat dissipation, so it cannot be operated for a long time. Generally, there is no problem within 10 seconds.

    4. The way to determine whether the battery capacity can drive the output power is to measure the battery voltage during arc pulling. If it is around 6V, it can output power.

    5. A small capacity lithium battery with two sections connected in series has a voltage of 7.2V, and the measured voltage in the arcing state has dropped to around 4V. The smaller the capacity, the lower the voltage. So it is recommended to use a lithium battery with a capacity of 2000MA or above, and if possible, it should be compatible with a battery with a capacity of 4000MA or above
