Output voltage regulation:
Adjust the CV-ADJ potentiometer and set the output voltage to the voltage value you need based on your battery or LED. Clockwise voltage reduction and counterclockwise voltage increase
Output current regulation:
Turn the CC-ADJ potentiometer clockwise for about 20 turns, set the output current to, connect the LED, and adjust the CC-ADJ potentiometer to the current you need. For battery charging, after discharging the battery, connect it to the output and adjust the CC-ADJ to the current you need. (When using it for charging, be sure to adjust it with the discharged battery, because the more remaining battery power, the lower the charging current.)
Please do not adjust the current through short circuits. The circuit structure of the boost module cannot be adjusted through short circuits.
Instructions for use:
1. VIN+is the positive pole of the input power supply, and VIN - is the negative pole of the input power supply,
2. OUT+is the positive pole of the output power supply, and OUT - is the negative pole of the output power supply,
3. Adjustable range of constant voltage: DC12-60V (clockwise decrease, counterclockwise increase),
4. Adjustable range of constant current: 0.2A-10A (clockwise decrease, counterclockwise increase),
When the input current exceeds 6A, it is necessary to strengthen heat dissipation (aluminum substrate attached to flat metal parts),
7. The input voltage cannot be lower than 10V or higher than 60V,
8. The input current cannot exceed 10A, and the power cannot exceed 600W,
9. Ensure that the input voltage is at least 2V lower than the output voltage during use,
10. Before connecting the load, please adjust the required voltage and current during no-load operation (the load voltage should be increased by 3-5 V during constant current operation),
11. When using a switching power supply or other secondary power supply, please ensure that the power supply power should be more than twice the power supply of this module,
Notes:
1. The input and output cannot be reversed,
2. The input voltage should not be lower than 10V. If the input voltage is too low, it will damage the power supply (when using a battery, be careful to prevent the battery from being over discharged)
During operation, the input and output voltage and current should not exceed the value to avoid damaging the power supply.
3. When working at full load for a long time, pay attention to ventilation and heat dissipation to extend the service life of this power supply.
