    Product Introduction:

     

    Sampling HX711 24-bit AD chip, dual-channel differential input. Full SMT machine welding, with metal shield, two kinds of straight and bent pins are distributed to meet various installation and welding methods. Two 47uF tank capacitors are used on the board, with sufficient materials! Built-in pull-up resistor and reserved CPU welding position are very suitable for self-development of various sensor-related applications.

     

    Module Detection Method:

     

    1. Preliminary quick judgment: disconnect all wiring of the module, only supply 5v power to the module (that is, vcc is connected to+5v, gnd is grounded), then short circuit the ck port of the module to the ground, and then measure the out+to the ground voltage, which should be about 4.5v, and then measure the DO/RX port to the ground voltage, which should be about 0v. If the voltage is consistent, the module is 99% normal.

     

    2. Complete test judgment: use the test circuit diagram to build a circuit, burn the hex test program provided by our store into the 89c51 single chip computer, then connect the computer with the serial port cable, run the serial port assistant on the computer, and you can receive the reading report sent by the test circuit. The reading is normal, indicating that the module is normal.

     

    Module Parameters:

     

    ● Working voltage: 4.8-5.5v

    ● Typical current 1.6mA

    ● Volume: 2.9cm long * 1.7cm wide * 0.4cm high

    ● The J1 jumper on the back of the module is the data output rate of 80hz/10hz of the HX711 chip. J1 is open circuit, output rate is 80hz, that is, ad conversion is 80 times per second, J1 is short-circuited, output rate is 10hz.

     

    Main Features Of The Module:

     

    ● With metal shield, strong anti-interference, reserved cpu (STC15F104) position, can be upgraded for secondary development.

    ● Two selectable differential inputs

    ● On chip low noise programmable amplifier with optional gain of 32, 64 and 128

    ● On-chip voltage stabilizing circuit can directly supply power to external sensors and on-chip A/D converters

    ● The on-chip clock oscillator does not need any external devices, and external crystal oscillator or clock can also be used when necessary

    ● Power-on automatic reset circuit

    ● Simple digital control and serial communication: all controls are input by pins, and registers in the chip need not be programmed

    ● Output data rate of 10Hz or 80Hz can be selected

    ● Synchronous suppression of 50Hz and 60Hz power interference

    ● Power consumption (including regulated power supply circuit):

    ● Working voltage range: 2.6~5.5V

    ● Operating temperature range: - 20~+85 ℃
