RCWL-0515 is a microwave induction module that uses Doppler radar technology to detect the movement of objects. Using 2.7G microwave signal detection, this module has the characteristics of high sensitivity, long sensing distance, strong reliability, large sensing angle, wide supply voltage range, etc.

Microwave induction is a new type of induction mode without dead angle and based on the principle of Doppler radar. Its planar antenna emits electromagnetic waves and receives reflected echoes, which can effectively suppress the interference of higher harmonics and other clutter, with strong reliability, safety and convenience.

Compared with infrared products: the microwave switch has a far sensing distance, wide angle, no dead zone, can penetrate glass and thin wood, can penetrate walls of different thickness according to different power, and is not affected by the environment, temperature, dust, etc. At 37 degrees, the sensing distance will not be shortened. It is widely used in various occasions such as human body sensing lighting and anti-theft alarm.

Note: In practical application, the peripheral high-frequency signal and the object occlusion within 10 cm have an impact on the sensitivity.
