3-Pin/4-Pin Flame Sensor Module
Purpose:
Detection of various flames and fire sources
Module Features:
1. It can detect flame or light source with wavelength in the range of 760 nm~1100 nm. The testing flame distance of lighter is 80 cm. The larger the flame is, the farther the testing distance is
2. The detection angle is about 60 degrees, which is particularly sensitive to the flame spectrum
3. Adjustable sensitivity (blue digital potentiometer adjustment in the figure)
4. Comparator output, clean signal, good waveform, strong driving ability, more than 15mA
5. Equipped with adjustable precision potentiometer to adjust sensitivity
6. Working voltage 3.3V-5V
7. Output form: DO digital switching output (0 and 1) and AO analog voltage output
8. Fixed bolt holes are provided for easy installation
9. Small PCB size: 3.2cm x 1.4cm
10. Use wide voltage LM393 comparator
Product Wiring Instructions (3-Wire):
1. VCC is connected to the positive pole of power supply 3.3-5V
2. GND to power cathode
3. DO TTL switch signal output
Product Wiring Instructions (4-Wire):
1. VCC is connected to the positive pole of power supply 3.3-5V
2. GND to power cathode
3. DO TTL switch signal output
4. AO small board analog signal output (voltage signal)
Module Instructions:
1. Flame sensor is sensitive to flame, and it is also responsive to ordinary light. It is generally used for flame alarm and other purposes.
2. The output interface of the small board can be directly connected with the IO port of the microcontroller
3. Keep a certain distance between the sensor and the flame to avoid damage to the sensor due to high temperature. The flame distance for the lighter is 80cm. The larger the flame is, the farther the test distance is
4. Small board analog output mode and AD conversion processing can achieve higher accuracy
5. When the sensor detects flame, sunlight, or infrared light, to reach the threshold set by the potentiometer, the green indicator will be on, DO will output low level (about 0-0.1V), and the green indicator will not be on, DO will output high level voltage of about 3V
