5A CC CV LED Driven Lithium-ion Battery Charging Module
Product Information:
This module is an adjustable step-down module that can change the output voltage by adjusting the blue adjustable resistor on top of the module. The input and output voltage difference is 1V, which can output a voltage of 0.8V.
The IN - (input negative), IN+(input positive), OUT - (output negative), and OUT+(output positive) marked on the module must be connected correctly, otherwise it may cause module damage.
Battery Charging Usage Method:
1. Determine the float charging voltage and charging current of the battery you need to charge, as well as the input voltage of the module;
2. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to about 5V.
3. Use the 10A current gear of the multimeter to measure the output short-circuit current, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined charging current value;
4. The default shipping current for the charging lamp is 0.1 times the charging current (constant current value).
5. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the floating charge voltage;
6. Connect the battery and try charging.
(Steps 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are to connect the module input to the power supply, and the output is unloaded without connecting to the battery.)
Usage Of LED Constant Current Drive:
1. Determine the working current and voltage that you need to drive the LED;
2. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to about 5V.
3. Use a multimeter to measure the output short-circuit current in the 10A current range, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to reach the predetermined LED working current;
4. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to reach the LED working voltage;
5. Connect the LED and test the machine.
(Steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 involve connecting the module input to the power supply and not connecting the LED light when the output is empty.)
Communication Protocol Description:
1. This module has the function of communicating with computers. It is convenient for computers to read module current and voltage data,
2. As this module outputs a TTL level, in order to communicate with the computer, it is necessary to convert this level back to the RS232 level that the computer can recognize. This cp2102 USB to TTL module is needed to achieve the conversion.
