    Product Wiring:

The working voltage of the motherboard cannot be less than 7V, so the battery voltage should be ≥ 7V. When the battery supplies power to the module, the output voltage always equals the battery voltage when the relay is closed.

     

    Set Usage:

    ● Set to stop below 12.5V and start above 14V:

    ● Set the protection value: press "+" once to display the protection value. Double click "+", and the Decimal separator flashes. At this time, press "+, -" to change the value to 12.5. If there is no operation for 3 seconds, the module will automatically save and exit the setting mode.

    ● Set the return difference value: press "-" once to display the return difference value. Double click "-", and the Decimal separator flashes. At this time, press "+, -" to change the value to 1.5. If there is no operation for 3 seconds, the module will automatically save and exit the setting mode.

    ● Set to stop below 10V and start above 15.5V:

    ● Set the protection value: press "+" once to display the protection value. Double click "+", and the Decimal separator flashes. At this time, press "+, -" to change the value to 12.5. If there is no operation for 3 seconds, the module will automatically save and exit the setting mode.

    ● Set the return difference value: press "-" once to display the return difference value. Double click "-", and the Decimal separator flashes. At this time, press "+, -" to change the value to 1.5. If there is no operation for 3 seconds, the module will automatically save and exit the setting mode.

     

    Factory Reset:

     

    When the power supply is disconnected, press and hold two keys at the same time, and then power on. At this time, the screen displays "888", indicating that Factory reset have been restored successfully. Factory set protection value: 12V, return difference: 2V

     

    Applicable Scope:

    Usage:

     

    ● For the first time using a new battery, the rated voltage value should be close to the actual value. To determine the stopping discharge voltage, a reasonable discharge voltage value can be obtained based on the general voltage calculation method of the battery.

    ● When using an old battery, there is a significant difference between the actual voltage value and the rated voltage value, and you need to measure the termination voltage value yourself in actual use.

    ● Generally, slow charging is used for charging the storage battery (in case of fast charging, the voltage and current can be relatively large, but the battery is easily damaged.) The slow charging voltage is 1.2 times of the rated voltage, and the charging current is adjusted to be about 2/10 of the current of the storage battery's Nameplate capacity. For example, the charging voltage of a 6V 50Ah battery is about 7.2 volts, and the charging current is adjusted to 10A.
